HIAWASSEE WORK SESSION MEETING
SUMMARY OF MINUTES,JANUARY 30,2017
The January, 2017 Work Session Meeting was held on January 30,at 6:00 p.m. at City Hall.
- Call to order by Mayor Mathis
Members present were Barbara Mathis,Rayette Ross Kris Berrong, Anne Mitchell, Liz Ordiales. Teresa Kelley and Rick Stancil, ,

- Motion to Adopt Final Agenda as Distributed.
Upon Motion made by Rayette Ross and seconded by Liz Ordiales the Council unanimously adopted the agenda as distributed.
Scotty Fain gave a report on promoting the City. He gave some good information and ideas for council to be giving some thought on how to implement new strategies for improving tourism to City and County.
- Old Business.
Special Meeting Update Council Members went over the Five Presentations that was given on January 26, 2017. Attorney bringing packages for Alcohol Referendum, Blighted / Derelict Building, Blighted/Derelict Building Ad Valorem and Ethics Ordinance for meeting on February 7, 2017

A Motion was made by Anne Mitchell, seconded by Rayette Ross to adjourn. All voted in favor.
