NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The City Building & Planning Committee of the City of Hiawassee will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday October 15, 2024, at 6:00pm in Council Chambers at 50 River Street Hiawassee, Georgia regarding the variance requested for a mixed-use (residential and commercial) development on property designated as Tax Parcel H002 086A which property is located to the rear of property commonly known as Timberlake Plaza.

The request is for a setback variance. Applications and plans may be reviewed at Hiawassee City Hall located at 50 River Street Hiawassee GA.
