The August 11^th, 2017  City Council will have a Special meeting for the sole purpose below:

            Members present were Kris Berrong, Anne Mitchell, and Jay Chastain, Jr.  Staff included Cenlya

            Galloway, City Clerk.

1. Call to order

• Pledge of Allegiance

Anne Mitchell said the invocation.

2. Motions
   • Motion to approve the 2^nd reading for the Franchise Tax ordinances

Upon motion made by Anne Mitchell and seconded by Jay Chastain Jr. this motion was adopted unanimously.

3. Motion to Adjourn – Upon motion made by Jay Chastain Jr and seconded by Anne Mitchell this motion was adopted unanimously.
