Members present were Anne Mitchell, Rayette Ross, Kris Berrong, and Jay Chastain, Jr. Staff included Cenlya Galloway, City Clerk.

• Add two items to agenda; Motion made by Jay Chastain and seconded by Kris Berrong. This motion was adopted unanimously.
• Adopt final agenda as amended

Upon motion made by Rayette Ross and seconded by Jay Chastain, Jr. This motion was voted on unanimously.
